The EverCrisp apple is a cross between the Honeycrisp and Fuji apple varieties, known for its sweet flavor, crisp texture, and long storability. Developed by the Midwest Apple Improvement Association (MAIA), it has a dense, juicy flesh and a long picking window in mid-October. EverCrisp apples are versatile and can be eaten fresh, used in recipes, or baked.
